about joane

joane has been practising yoga for 30 years and teaching in her current boutique studio for 18 years. she is highly trained in various forms of yoga and meditation. after many years of dedicated personal practice, joane has blended and designed a unique and advanced technique for students to gain accelerated access to higher and finer states of consciousness. a mindskill, to be free in your mind and to become free in your body. exercise does not need to be energetic to be effective.
